A situation has arisen whereby an alleged accident occurred on a vessel,
although not reported at the time. It appears the 2 vehicles came in
contact during a sailing and the 2 drivers apparently discussed it on board
the vessel. No report was made to any staff. The insurance company of the
claimant has contacted us asking for the details of the other driver, which
we refused. They have since come back stating that as its for a civil
prosecution, we would not be breaching DP if we gave it out. However, there
is no proof given that an action is taking place.
Can anybody please advise?
