I lived in a rented house for a while last year, and it was amazing how
many calls I got for a particular one of the previous occupants. Almost
all trying to sell cheap mobiles or other phone service. Of course, it
was apparently *my* fault that this person had moved on!
I started making a list of the people for whom we still got post
delivered, and that numbered eleven different individuals - none with
the same surname. The previous two occupants had been there 18 months
according to the landlord, so the other nine were *extremely* out of
date.
