I wish our council would take action against the (minority of) dog
owners in our neighbourhood in this way! There are areas that are a
no-go area for children, including a path to a local school.

Use Section 35 (disclosures required by law or made in connection with
any legal proceedings (including prospective legal proceedings)). But

Hi
Our environmental health guys are pursuing action against someone who
has allowed their dog to foul, and they are having the person in for a
PACE interview.
The person is however refusing to give their name (although they have
the address) and has told EH to "get if from Council Tax if you want
it" CT have said cant because of DP (arraggghhh)
any help? any clues any big sticks anyone has?? any other suggestions of
where to get this info from?
