My apologies for cutting across several boundaries, but I would be grateful if anyone could help with a business case for keeping/increasing staffing/resourcing in the Information Rights/Management area.
Our section is currently facing a reduction in staffing, combined with an increase in workload. We have already tried the need for compliance, need for a strong central function, consistency of approach, ever-increasing (and quantifiable) workload and other usual arguements and have been kicked back more than once.
The organisation is currently re-organising/reducing in size with all the attendant issues, but the role is as I am sure you would all agree, vital.
Just been asked to produce yet another report on the matter and frankly the creative thoughts and ideas are at a low ebb. Any ideas would be gratefully received.
