We are dealing with a dispute about footpaths. A number of people have
made "statements" under the Statutory Declarations Act 1835' before a
solicitor or commissioner for oaths, related to the use of the path.
They include full names, addresses and dates of birth.
We have had a request to see information related to the footpaths
including the Statutory Declartions.
It is my view that the declarations should be released in full to the
requestor. Any views.
