Hello
I have had this question this morning and wonder if I could have some advice?
We have a case with a member of staff which is on going, the staff member sent in a subject access request in and paid the £10.
Personnel have not given them all the information held in their file stating that they can't give them any other information, such as work report, sickness etc, as the file is in use and the case is ongoing.
Is this correct?
Thanks.
Regards.
Sue

That depends on your focus.
The definition I understand is as defined in Fowler, H. W. , 1858-1933.
Fowler, F. G. The Concise Oxford Dictionary of Current English. adapted by
H. W. Fowler and F. G. Fowler. edited by R. E. Allen. Eighth ed, The concise
Oxford dictionary. London: BCA, 1991. page 500.
"Gleichschaltung... the standardization of political, economic and social
institutions in authoritarian states"
That programme seemed to only generally cover one facet, whereas those on
this list who try to stay abreast of those issues would need to embrace the
broader DP aspects.
The matter illustrated itself to me as I was reviewing beyond, within more
individualistic privacy areas.
