***Building a Business Case for Information Compliance***
Organizations know they ought to manage compliance correctly, but can
struggle to find the money to do so in a financially-driven business
environment. For those carrying this dilemma, this workshop provides a
forum to develop your thinking and approach to produce a strong and
convincing business case to provide effective justification for
information-based compliance projects which might include records
management, EDRM, ECM or case management.
This is a chance for you to workshop through the issues and solutions with
like-minded colleagues and experts from the industry. We will be
exploring many topics which will include:
Understanding compliance and the compliance lifecycle
The benefits of compliance, types and quantifying
Costs of compliance, coping with uncertainty
Investment decision making, options analysis, cost/benefit
Planning for success, timing, risks and expectations
Business case checklist
