Perhaps it's only an abuse of privacy if the records of who entered the
restricted area, and when, are available in public.
As for general abuse issues: is it an abuse that airline cabin crew have
to obtain and wear a security ID "in order to draw their paycheck"? Or
is it just the implanting that's raising hackles? I expect the cabin
crew have to have various inoculations in order to draw their paycheck,
too.
