I am trying to draft a leaflet for our own staff on the uses of their
personal information. I already have various documents from Information
Commissioner etc which are worthy (and wordy) but wondered if anyone
already had a good leaflet out there which I could use and abuse for our
organisation?
At the moment our staff are aware that DPA applies to their own
information as well as patient information, and we have a general DPA
leaflet which is really aimed at patients, but nothing specifically for
our staff that would (for example) also warn them that some of their
information (with personal identifiable info removed) might be
accessible under the Freedom of Information Act.
Your help with this is gratefully received.
Thank you
Anne
