I am also one of the 7% who managed quite easily and certainly think
the survey is a very worthwhile exercise so that from now onwards we
all know what to expect when the results are analyzed and we can't
start arguing about them any more!
I have to say it is very easy to sign up for a password, anyone can
access the home page of the archive as, but then only members can
proceed as this was how the mail list was set up for members only. So
as member select survey and then you get asked to logon, and there is
an easy link if you don't know what your details are! This of course
prevents all and sundry who have nothing to do with the list misusing
the survey etc.
Hopefully as only members can complete the survey do it then it will
mean something. You only need to sign up once, store as cookie and
then access is even easier to archives next time.
regards
Sally Justice
