doesn't require this.
It therefore seems to be a freelance effort of my local council.
I already have various bills in my name - including Council Tax and Water -
but there seems a circularity in this - in that I didn't have to provide
evidence with either of these that I was the legal resident there - I just
had to inform these organisations that I was now living here.
