sorry for cross posting
Hello
I have been getting a few enquiries (not requests) from members of staff
regarding the National Pay Framework (for those of us in H.E.) some
senior members of staff I have raised this with have the opinion that
everything dealt with under the NPF is sensitive data and therefore
would not apply to FOI.
I understand the DPA issues obviously, however, I feel that depending on
the question some aspects of how, what and why could well come under the
FOIA.
I was wondering do any other H.E.'s have an opinion on this and have any
of you discussed this with FOI user groups or considered this topic yet?
Thank you in anticipation.
Regards.
Sue
