I regularly send emails with To and From myself with a BCC list to 250
contacts at recruitment consultancies.
I have hardly had any problems (and very few complaints) from the people at
these companies concerning.
I have always been in touch with these contacts previously on an individual
basis. I never make an initial contact using this method.
