It identifies the Chief Executive, as it was at the time of the reference
to the email address. If the reference is in an undated document, it
doesn't necessarily identify Chief Exec 2005 or Chief Exec 2006, so you
don't know which natural person it relates to. Just one in a likely set.
So whether it identifies any natural person depends on the context this
particular data is obtained or used. And I think this is true of many
aspects in the argument relating to whether an 'email address' is personal
data or not.
