Ah the "address" is that on their web site. I have now submitted that
address to the UKIC complaining about unlawful export of data. Since they
also suggested(!) that TPS registration would stop their calls, a thing I do
not believe, I have also complained to the TPS
Isn't it amazing how long their agents stay on the line while arguing that
they are lawful?
I've also added to the noise Google will pick up about them by posting a
message here:
http://www.marketingimprovement.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=79 (after my
message about commercial use of the list yesterday I am almost nervous to
post a link to my own website!)
If anyone feels like adding to the message with replies this will add to the
noise. It seems that not everyone likes Toucan!

Congratulations on getting an "address" to write to.
After being bothered by Toucan Telecom roughly every two days over a period
of about a month (even after they "made a note" that we didn't want to be
called by them anymore) I badgered them for an address for 20 minutes until
they hung up on me. Haven't heard anything from them in the 12 months
since....

At last, after all these years, I have received my first call from Toucan
Telecom, naturally from India, and naturally with no permission from me to
export my data from the EEA.
The agent was very nice, and wasted a long time refusing to tell me where
they got my data record from. 25 Minutes in all! Eventually he told me
that his company raids the phone book. Better, he advised me to register
with the TPS - as if that would stop Indian call centres.
Toucan has a London "address":
TOUCAN,
PO Box 50244
London EC2V 7WZ
Seems unlikely to me that they actually have a UK or an EEA presence, but,
in case they have, I am about to add to the complaints pile.
