I regularly get scammers claiming to be working for Orange calling my
phone and asking me to "confirm" various details. Like what tariff I'm
on. If they were really working for Orange I would expect them to know
that already. When I say I'm on no tariff at all (I've left Orange, but
taken the number) they generally get very confused. My assumption is
that they call phones in the "Orange" number range at random.
