It's not being rested in entirety, because I made an enquiry a few
minutes ago.
As for which account types are barred, I can't think of a reason why
your residential line would be. But perhaps business lines are either
flagged, or (just as likely) you need to know what the phone number is
that all the various DDI etc calls are billed to.
01622 690690, which is the published number for Kent Constabulary
probably gets billed to some other number like 01622 690600 (or
whatever).
