This interests me. I've made SARs from several banks / credit card
companies in the past and none have ever even referenced that there
may be such recordings. I'm wondering if they don't store in them in
any way that would allow them to recover like this, whether they delete
the recordings fairly quickly, or whether they just didn't provide them
(as I didn't think to mention them specifically). I'll certainly be
interested to hear whether they provide you with these.
