We annotate application forms before they are scanned into the system so
that telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures cannot be seen on
the website. But names and addresses of applicants are part of the
public register and are therefore left on the published form. This is
also the case with objectors. However, we do put data protection
notices on the application form and on our website to indicate this.
