The Home Office have published a consultation paper seeking views on the
contents of a revised draft statutory code of practice on the
acquisition and disclosure of communications data, which relates to the
exercise and performance of the powers and duties under Chapter II of
Part I of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 :
