On assumes these rules will assist 192.com to contextually place the
collection of all their personal data collection s in order to test and show
compliance with principle one if nothing else.
I suppose they could argue that the data they match by name does not now
come from the full register. A reasonably complex set of audit rules will
be needed in order to validate the data, but nothing more than most
organisations will have been achieving in various ways for some years.
Would the SI be applicable to voters registers compiled in 1999 I wonder.
