Dear all,
I wonder if anyone has come across this one before?
I have a student who is applying to study Nursing who has restricted band syndrome. This has resulted in her having some of her digits on both of her hands missing or deformed although she has been passed fit to practice with regard to her dexterity.
We are currently looking into getting custom made medical gloves for her to wear whilst on the wards, does anyone have any previous experience with this type of query, or any idea who to approach to see if gloves can be custom made? We have already approached assessment centres, our occupational health departments and carried our extensive internet searches for manufacturers! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks
