Seems to be going a bit far. Sounds a bit like demanding that Marks and
Spencers put giant price tags on their goods rather than provide sales asistants
to help. From my limited understanding of Flash websites, they are like all
websites - you can't alter them from outside. If you could you could change all
sorts of things. It might be that you can download a chunk of the site and
adapt it on a local computer.
I think the website owner would not be infringing DDA if it were a free
service or if the information were available in another format e.g. by telephone,
email, DVD, etc.
Obviously the site owner's responsibility will vary with what type of site /
service they are offering.
