I would say this is covered by DDA part 3 access to goods and services.

Subject: Matress for student with chronic back pain
Have recently assessed a student who has chronic back pain. While at
home she had access to a matress which helped her sleep however since
moving into halls the matress supplied is causing discomfort. Any
thoughts on whether this falls under the remit of DSA?
Many Thanks
Mark
