Try your local Guide Dogs Association, they provide mobility training.

Subject: mobility trainer required
Hi
I am arranging some mobility training for our new visually impaired
students at Oxford Brookes. Unfortunately the trainer we usually work
with is unable to provide the training this time. Our local social
services are also unable to provide training for us.
Does anyone know of mobility trainers in and around Oxford who might be
able to help? Ideally I don't want to get anyone in from very far
afield due to travel costs etc.
Many thanks for any suggestions
Honey
