It seems that (most) posts on this subject are addressing the issue of
extra time for examinations with regard to students with a SPL.
There are many students with a disability or condition that determines
that they cannot sit examinations for 2 or 3 hours without 'short breaks
as required'. In this situation there is no 'Ed Psychs' to make a
recommendation, and it is vital that in, or following, discussion with
the DO of the Institution that the appropriate recomendation is made by
the Assessor. It well may be be that in certain circumstances that exams
will need to 're- scheduled'. If so - so be it.
