Debbie,
The Assistive Technology Forum are beginning some work on a project about
the Education and Training of people who work in AT
(http://www.fastuk.org/atforum-education.php). Would you or anyone else be
interested in helping us in our work?
The work load you all have seems very high and the range of disabilities
that needs to be supported is very wide. I am wondering how anyone
supporting disabled students manages to cope? How do you keep up with the
enormous knowledge base that is required?
Please feel free to email me with any comments (in confidence) or contact me
for more information. We will be creating a questionnaire later in the
project.
Best Wishes,
Aidan Parr
