If you go to
http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?SUBED1=dis-forum&A=1 to
change your subscription choices you can choose
Mail header style as
Normal LISTSERV-style header
(or the second option, I guess)
which then puts [DIS-FORUM] in the subject line.
