Unfortunately it varies.
I have worked in different universities and I have to say that it does vary
very much. In one university I had to book rooms, organise equipment, find
invigilators, scribes etc.., while in another I just sent the list of the
students who needed special examination arrangements to the different
faculties who then sorted out the arrangements themselves.
