I am sure Jackie Clifton from Musicians in Focus who advises at the Royal
College of Music would be able to help. She has written a very good book on
the subject of music Braille and the website is

Subject: Braille music computer software?
I've just checked the archives and not found quite what I want: I've just
had a request from a blind friend in Iran "about writing musical notes for
the blind by computer or software about it". And one of our students is
also interested in the same thing.
We thus need something (books and/or software) that can be mailed
overseas. As I know nothing about the matter, I have no idea what
I'm asking for; please advise!
