Hello me again
I seem to have had a sharp rise in the numbers of students with ME so these
questions interest me also. The only other things I can contribute are that
I have put a few of our students in touch with each other and also the site
disabledfriends.com but that's not specifically for students.

Thanks Sharron, I've been there and although it appears full of info and
I like the way they are trying to engage young teens I couldn't find a
'support network' such as my student is looking for.
A few years ago I helped some students via this list set up a student
mailing list, it didn't really take off and searching through JISCmail I
can find no reference to it at all. Does anyone have any idea if there
exits perhaps a generic mailing list for disabled students?

Yes there is. They are a group called AYME (association of young people
with ME) and their web site is really good.
Their details are
