Ah yes Mick but I am talking parity and equality not business logistics!
For example it is much less costly to not provide me with an interpreter
at a conference, but failure to do so prevents my equal participation.
(And actually would cost less than being sued). Emma from Nottingham

I think this confuses production costs with the cost of getting a copy
to the
individual. The OU, for example, send both print and electronic formats
to
students if they need the electronic format - they say the cost of NOT
sending
the print version is higher than sending it. Economies of scale make the
cost
of the 'usual' print copy relatively small. Producing and sending out
one CD
can cost a great deal more than selling a print copy.
I think we should aiom for 'same cost as' rather than 'cheaper'.
