Can anyone tell me how you institution funds the additional costs that these exam arrangements might incur e.g support staff, invigilators, equipment, paper modification

At QUB, Disability Services informs the University Exams Office of each
individual students' requirements. The exams office organise rooms,
equipment, staff etc based on the information we provide them.
