The form that you fill in asks for recommendations for equipment from the
disability officer - they do not fund ACCESS centre assessments. I got a
quote from a supplier for equipment, software etc. However, although most
of the items on the list were agreed- they shaved money off each item, so
that we could not then actually purchase what was agreed! It all took a
very long time and there is a lot of follow up paperwork.
