We are currently providing teaching sessions to clients of the Probation Service.
They have now asked that we sign an Information Sharing Consent Form.
This commits us to sharing information with the National Probation Service Humberside regarding attendance and progress. Does it cut across any data protection issues?
I am aware that other local providers have signed the Consent form.
I would welcome your advice.
