Wearing a data protection hat I can see no problem if staff consent,
or have the oppotunity, if they wish, to be able to opt out.
As an academic...

Presumably potential readership therefore includes other teaching staff,
administrators and students?
I (personally) would have no problems with the first two, and (usually)
not with students either,
although I can envisage that I might not wish students to know ALL my
meetings.
I can also envisage that certain potentially vulnerable staff (unpopular
ones too?)
may not wish it to be known that they are teaching in a secluded spot
late at night etc.
Here at APU, paper timetables are published by each teaching room
(updated weekly)
with each room's classes and who will be teaching there.
Their accuracy varies with the extent that 'Central Timetabling' and
reality intersect.
So it is a relativrely small step to publish the 'TT per teaching staff'
version.
On a personal basis I publish my own weekly teaching TT by the door to
my room
which acts as a fallback if I forget who I am, where I should be etc.
We are only REQUIRED to publish the 'Office hours' when students
stand a 'good chance' of finding us, and (ideally) a contact email address.
Many admin staff (and teaching staff?) have access to a University Calendar
application where their bookings/meetings are available to all other
subscribers (with passwd controlled access).
