In addition to Adrian's suggestions, If you haven't already contacted
cyrusoft to enquire about accessibility of their Mulberry email client etc
via Jaws or other screenreader packages please email them at

I suspect it will take some work to make this package fully accessible to a
screenreader user. There are several keyboard shortcuts e.g.
http://www.mulberrymail.com/mulberry/faq/keyshorts.html
and the basic email client seems to work via the keyboard, but the calendar
and schedule functions don't seem to be at all accessible. Some Jaws users
might have developed scripts to enable access to these functions - try
contacting their lists at
http://www.freedomscientific.com/fs_support/User_Groups.asp
hope this helps

Hi Lisa: - had a quick read of the Mulberry Website and don't see
anything much to suggest either way whether it will or won't work well
other than possibly some references to "visually clever" behaviours.
You can download a demo at http://www.cyrusoft.com/mulberry/index.html
to try with any screenreader users - would be interested to hear how you
get on particular with the calendar and scheduling funtionality in the
latest version as this is the part of many PIM packages which gives
screenreader users issues. If you can't find anyone at your end to test
it for you or you get stuck drop me a line and I may be able to help
although as it's a imap only client and I don't have any imap accounts
this might be a little limited.
Best wishes
