Hi Chris
Just to let you know that this document is not, as yet, available which
is why it is currently entitled 'Appendix n'.
Best wishes
Max

Thank you to all those who've been in touch, both on and off list. I
gather that Appendix N is missing from the DfES website
http://www.dfes.gov.uk/studentsupport/dsa_.shtml
and that this is the section that covers training. Apparently
Appendix N also includes the annual appraisal pro forma that Chris
(Baxter) is asking about.
So, how do we go about getting this information? Chris, have you had
any feedback about who can answer our questions?
Chris

I'm interested in this too, also, just looking through the QAG papers in
respect of ensuring my assessors meet all the criteria and I have found
A10.2 of the Audit which says: All approved Assessors undergo Annual
Appraisal using standard proforma
Could someone direct me to this proforma please? Or perhaps someone
could suggest where I can ask this and Chris Chubb's question. Thanks
Chris

Can anyone update me on training for DSA assessors? As I understand it,
QAG's framework for assessors proposes that all assessors should be
licensed and that new assessors will have to have undertaken
'substantial training' in order to get a licence.
Has QAG set standards for this training? Where can I find out more?
Many thanks
Chris
