Yes, I think Mick judges the position correctly. Except I have dealt with
several students who had speech therapy apparently arranged by the SENCos at
their secondary schools. Of course, the students had no idea who paid for
it in the end and I just assumed that it was area health authority business.
Whatever the case, it's difficult to see how it could be made an additional
course cost that the students would not otherwise face.
