ok, so this is my understanding so far:
* where course funding is normally means tested eg. BA = Student
Support Regs =DSA applied for from NHS Blackpool
* seconded students may be eligible for DSA, applied for from LEAs
* where course funding is normally non-means tested eg. PRDN = Student
Grants Unit, NHS Guidance = DSA applied for from NHS Blackpool
* seconded students cannot get DSA, may be able to get Access to Work
funding
* No student studying for less than 60 credits per academic year can
get DSA.
Kate, does your email also include seconded students such as PRDNs, whose
courses would normally be funded by non-means tested bursaries?
