I think that the biggest problem will not be familiarity with the
particular test but familiarity with the testing methodology in general
sense.
I would doubt the validity of ANY psychometric (or other psychological
test) when given to an experiences psychologist!
(In my case I would be so focussed on what the task was getting at that I
would probably perform rather badly not because I would be able to "cheat"
to get higher results than I should.
I think I would be looking for examples in observations of the person in a
functional situation that indicated significant under performance
contrasting with good performance on other "real life" tasks. I still would
be suspicious of the contamination of knowledge but happier than relying on
number crunching.
