CTRL + 1 opens the 'format number' menu. But I don't know how you scroll down it. Maybe someone else can experiement and make a suggestion.

I am looking for answers to the two questions below in relation to
Microsoft Excel 2002. Any responses would be gratefully received.

=20

1. What is the keyboard shortcut in Excel to format numeric data to
Integer?

2. What is the keyboard shortcut in Excel to right align text. (Ctrl + R
does not work for the alignment here, it merely replicates the previous
cell).

=20

Please note. I have already used the resources below without success:

- Microsoft Support Knowledge Base:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=3Dfh;en-us;KBHOWTO=20

- Microsoft Accessibility: http://www.microsoft.com/enable=20

- Microsoft Excel: using and designing: a training manual for blind and
partially sighted computer users - by Julia Cox. RNIB, 2003.=20

Many thanks
