Head of Training Agency and Adult Service Development
£28K pro rata (subject to review)
2 days week - 12 month contract initially
We are seeking a dynamic individual, to identify the needs of the British
Dyslexia Association in its service development for the support of dyslexic
adults within the workplace and related organisations and support the
development of the Training Agency.
You will be highly motivated, have an understanding of the BDA's work in the
adult sector and demonstrate a competent level of ability in the delivery of
training.
To fulfil the requirements of the job, you will demonstrate a sound
understanding of the theory and practice of training development, have a
comprehensive working knowledge of dyslexia and related theories and
practices. In addition, you will have a good understanding of the
Disability Discrimination Act 95/04 and the implications for the dyslexic
individual and employer.
