It's really very positive that this information is beiong posted on the list, but I think the point that some subscribers were making a couple of weeks ago was that newspaper ads are potentially less accessible than web ads (screen readers can be used). Could the text of the ads be posted to the list?

and practice.

understanding of Government initiatives and policies related to SEN. You
will have a proven track record of negotiation at high levels and be an
excellent communicator.
