You could try International Students House. As the name implies it is
for International Students but they have taken on UK students with
disabilities before now.

Subject: Looking for wheelchair accessible accommodation in central
London
Hi,
A student is hoping to complete a study placement in Central London in
January 2005 (for 2 weeks). She is looking for convenient accessible and
cheap accommodation for herself and two carers. Ideally, not too far
from Middlesex Hospital on Mortimer Street.
We thought about Halls of Residence as a possible option during January.
Has anyone any suggestions?
Thanks
