Helen
At Anglia Polytechnic University, Cambridge we employ graduates, of which
there are many. They are not qualified note-takers but if you can match them
with a student on the same/similar degree as theirs we find them more than
'qualified'.

Dear Helen,
It is quite hard looking for a qualified notetaker although a place in
London called City Lit might be able to help you with this. However,
not all students really need a qualified notetaker and we often get
postgraduates to act as notetakers which means you could advertise at
the two universities in Oxford for a person or you could advertise in
one of the local oxford papers for a person who would be prepared to
undertake this role.
If he has already started the course and is in need of someone, you
might have to forgo the 'qualified' bit.
Regards
Pauline.

Subject: Notetaker required
I am a secretary at a college in Headington, in Oxford. One of our
students requires a qualified notetaker to work with him for this
academic
year as well as be available for his exam at the end of the final term.
I have been trying to find someone, and wonder if firstly, anyone would
be
able to be a notetaker for him or if you know of anywhere I can go to
find
a notetaker.
We are currently going round in circles, and the student has already
started his course.
If you can help, please either email me on [log in to unmask] or you
can phone me on 01865 759602.
I would be very grateful for any help.
Best wishes
Helen
