surely being freelance/self employed is stated in the nature of the contract. you have the right to work elsewhere but i do not think you are not obliged to do so.

There is no fee. An assessor may assess for more than one centre and
in fact if they are freelance they are obliged to, otherwise it may appear
that are not freelance at all but employed solely by that centre.
