Hi Claire,
It's a certificate in HE and only a one year course, even though its at
level three the LEA seem to feel its not an appropriate course because
of its certificate status. Re; the University, it's very easy to tell a
University they ought to pay for support and a lot harder to actually
get them to provide it. However, we have had some luck with the
faculties funding support in the last few months so hopefully we'll get
something from his, but it's never something I want to rely on and he is
so easy going that chances are he wouldn't complain.
