This is an interesting question - I'm just about to complete my degree, but
during the course of it for one reason or another the 'support' I was
supposed to have didn't really happen and I had to sort the messes out -
which took even more time away from my studies.
Although I have put ECs in the best I can hope for is to go up a grade if
I'm borderline.
I would argue that not having access to the support when I needed it meant
my marks were affected by considerably more than 1 or 2 marks - more like 10
- 20 !! Let alone the impact of the stress it has caused.
If someone had told me what the stress would be like in addition to taking
on a degree maybe I wouldn't have tried to retrain following the RTA. I
should be able to get a high 2:1 but I'll be lucky if I manage a 2:2 -
something's not right somewhere.
Kind regards
Elaine

Apologies for cross posting.
Wondered whether anyone knew of any national statistics showing degree
results
among disabled students - what percentage get a first ot IIi etc?
Thanks
