Here all the reports are distributed via the registry. Then report that need enlarging and Brailing get sent to me. So teachers act as normal. And I do the work, but it seems to work well.
The problem about the report been on the front of the assignment could be solved by the ones with certain student numbers on that need translating, been put aside copied and give to the necessary person. Then the alternative formats can go out with assignments. It would mean going through them but that all I can think of.

We have come across a problem with our anonymous marking policy. Students
submit work which is identifiable only by student ID number. Feedback is
written on an Item Report form already on the assignment front sheet . How
have other institutions dealt with assignment feedback to students who
require it in an alternative format e.g. enlarged or electronic, without
compromising anonymity of scripts?
